The best options are São Paulo or Buenos Aires (from where you could alternatively also take a direct bus to Asunción, 20h and 17h respectively) and change to one of the local carriers, e.g. TAM, Varig, GOL Airlines, Aerolineas Argentinas. <br /><br />The hostel is located at the Asuncion’s downtown, one block from the Cathedral Metropolitana. The exact address is Eligio Ayala 129 between Yegros and Independencia Nacional.<br /><br />The location is great, in the center of the historical downtown, there's no need to take a bus to see the most important spots. And if you feel like party, we have the best advice for that.
